ArtOffline User Agreement

Welcome to ArtOffline! This agreement is a legal contract between you (hereinafter referred to as "User") and us (hereinafter referred to as "Developer") regarding your use of the ArtOffline application services. Please read and agree to the following terms carefully before using the service.

1.Service Introduction
ArtOffline is a local application that uses artificial intelligence technology for image processing, providing photo editing functions such as changing clothing, hairstyles, and backgrounds. Core features like "Magic Brush" allow users to easily create works without mastering professional image processing skills.

2.User Rights and Obligations
Users shall ensure that no illegal or inappropriate content is uploaded during the use of this application;
Users have the right to edit and save images locally on their devices;
Users shall not conduct reverse engineering, cracking, distributing, selling, or other illegal use of the application.

3.Intellectual Property Rights
All interface designs, function implementations, algorithms, and text content of ArtOffline (excluding user photos) are owned by the Developer with legitimate rights and interests. Without permission, reproduction, distribution, or use for commercial purposes in any form is prohibited.

4.Prohibited Conduct
Users shall not use ArtOffline to engage in the following behaviors:
Uploading or generating images that violate laws, regulations, or social ethics;
Using AI functions to generate violence, pornography, discrimination, or false information;
Damaging system security or disrupting normal operations.

5.Termination of Service
If a user violates the content of this agreement, the Developer has the right to suspend their right to use the service without further notice.

6.Disclaimer
This application operates in an offline environment, and the generated results are for entertainment or personal use only and do not constitute professional advice;
The Developer shall not be liable for editing failures caused by the user's device or operational reasons.

7.Amendments and Notifications
We may update the content of this Agreement from time to time. After the update, users will be notified through in-app notifications or the official website. Users' continued use shall be deemed as consent to the new Agreement.
